Brent is an experienced professional coach and Human Resource development specialist with strong coaching and facilitation skills, and over 15 years experience working with senior executives. Brent works with individuals to help them maximize their personal and professional development and effectiveness in the areas of leadership effectiveness, communication effectiveness, sales effectiveness, corporate vision, and personal goal development.

In the past three years Brent has specialized in coaching over 200 Asian, and South East Asian financial advisors with a major US financial services organization, and was invited on several occasions to speak about his coaching successes at conferences held in New York.

Brent also works with the volunteer boards of several not-for-profit organizations in the areas of strategic planning and board governance policy development and implementation.
